Populate your LangSmith workspace
Use the workshop code to load the correct traces, datasets, or experiments. Workshop Studio relays the upload to LangSmith without storing your Personal Access Token.

Activate workshop access first
Complete workshop access activation and verify you are viewing the new organization in LangSmith.

Create a Personal Access Token
In LangSmith, open Settings → API Keys and create a Personal Access Token. Do not use a workspace or service key.

Connect and populate
The token is held only in memory while Workshop Studio relays approved upload requests to LangSmith.
Tokens beginning with lsv2_sk_ are service keys and will be rejected.

How your token is handled
- The token is sent through the Workshop Studio upload service but is never stored, logged, or returned.
- The upload service accepts only the fixed LangSmith operations required by the selected data pack.
- Do not use this page while screen sharing or on an untrusted device.
- If the service is busy, a countdown appears and the upload retries automatically. Keep this tab open while it is paused.
- If the upload needs attention, re-enter the token and workshop code in the same tab and select Resume upload. For persistent rate limits, wait a few minutes first.
- You can keep using the same Personal Access Token in your workshop agent.
